A1 is Pro-Ject’s first ever automatic turntable. This model is made in Germany and features a simple automatic mechanism that begins playback with the flip of a switch and gently returns the arm to the rest after the side is finished- all with ZERO electronic interference to get in the way of true analog enjoyment. The A1 features a defeatable onboard phono preamplifier for connection to any receiver, soundbar or powered speaker that offers an analog RCA input. Setup is simple and straightforward, and a factory-mounted Ortofon OM 10 ensures it’s ready to play within moments of unpacking.
