It is controlled by a micro-controller and charges up to eight 9V block batteries at the same time. including a combination of each. Charging stations for two 9-volt blocks are available as accessories, and can be combined as needed with the AA/AAA charging stations.
The Palmer 19″ quick charger monitors the charging status of each individual battery, identifies defective batteries, and protects against overcharging and short-circuiting. The built-in multi-voltage power supply facilitates worldwide use. The Palmer BC 400 9V V1 includes eight rechargeable Varta 9V block batteries
